Homecare Training to equip our
Care Workers with the Right Skills

On-going care training ensures that all our care staff
are up-to-date on End of Life Care,
Diabetes Awareness and Dementia Care

Prior to going out to deliver care in the homes of our clients, we ensure that all of our Care Workers are equipped with the right skills, knowledge and experience. New recruits go through our in-house Induction Training, delivered by our sister Company Keyed Up Training Limited.

Upon graduating from the Induction Training, our Care Workers continue to receive regular update training to aid their personal development. All staff have access to the QCF Diploma Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, with the opportunity to complete additional courses in specific topics, such as End of Life Care, Diabetes Awareness and Dementia Care.
However, it doesn’t stop there.

We see the combination of experience and on-going training as the key to our success. You or your loved one’s Care Worker will continue to receive support and training after they have come into your home. With a mixture of on-site spot checks, regular staff appraisals and client feedback surveys, we can ensure that our care delivery remains of the highest standard. With this approach, you can rest assured that the care you or your loved one is receiving is of the highest quality.

How Are Our Homecare Support Workers Different?
